This listing is for an E-Pattern to print yourself at home on your home printer's USA letter and A4 sized paper. This also includes A0 size for copy shop printing.

This is a large pattern and uses a lot of paper- please read details below.

--- DESCRIPTION ---

This very glamorous evening dress dates to the first half of the 1930s. The height of Art Deco elegance, this gown has a beautiful capelet, a mostly open back, a double-tiered peplum at front and back, and a graceful fitted skirt with center front and center back slits. The dress opens at the side seam and ties at the back neck. Ready for your silver screen debut!

--- DIFFICULTY ---

Advanced difficulty. This pattern includes the original period instructions, which are very minimal. You may wish to have a sewing book handy for detailed techniques. There are a few notes from Wearing History for checkpoints for fit and construction. To make this pattern you should be able to sew a gown with little to no instruction.

--- SIZE CHART INCLUDED IN PHOTOS ---

Pattern sizing is JUNIOR SIZE. Misses, Women’s, Plus Size, and Petites may require adjustment.
Please note that sizes 19, 21, 23 were not originally made in this pattern and have been added.

Yardages are from the period original and should be tested in the mock up phase to check accuracy.

Only a size chart for size 13 is included, as that was the pattern size this pattern is based on.

--- YARDAGE REQUIREMENTS ---
Please see photos. Yardages are an estimate from the period original and should be tested in the mock up phase.

--- About Wearing History Resto-Vival™ Patterns ---

Resto-Vival™ Patterns are original historic patterns that have been restored and revived. Original patterns are usually available only in single sizes, precut from tissue paper and totally unprinted, with details like grainlines and darts indicated only by small perforations. Resto-Vival™ patterns are clearly marked with drawn and labeled markings. These markings aid the modern sewer in understanding the markings of the original pattern and the construction of the garment. Resto-Vival™ patterns follow the period shapes of the original patterns, maintaining the historical accuracy of the completed garment. Original period instructions are included. These instructions are text only (unless otherwise noted) and fairly minimal, especially compared to instructions for modern patterns. At least an intermediate knowledge of dressmaking and a good familiarity with pattern construction is suggested. You may choose to have a modern or period sewing book handy to help with basic construction methods that the pattern instructions do not cover in detail. Also, fitting a muslin mockup is strongly recommended, as all garments were meant to be worn over period foundation garments or corsetry.

It is almost great.
Color: Black, Size: Medium
It is a nice sponge holder but the tray is not wide enough and it falls. Because it was the only one I found with a spout, I am keeping it, and figured a way to stick it so the tray doesn't fall. The other thing is that the tray is not sunken enough in the middle for all the water to be routed there, and the spout doesn't always get rid of all the water inside, so once in a few days, I have to manually press it down and more water comes out. The dishcloth rack is not great for cloths, they get wet. Other than that, it looks very nice, it is aesthetic, big enough for all my kitchen stuff, and makes my kitchen neater, so I like it.

Love this product very convenient
Color: Silver, Size: Medium
This was great to keep all my brushes, cloth, detergent and scrubby together and neat. I love the drainage and it looks clean. The only thing I don't care for is the bar that holds the cloth comes off all the time. Other than that it is great.

Good Compact Design
Color: Black
Attractive design and space to store the dish brush and or sponge. My only criticism is that the pump spout is quite narrow so the liquid soap skims over and not that much is released with each pump.
