- For standard size dress. we would come out based on our standard size table, before you order, please make sure the detail measurement matched the size you need. System default size is based on US size.

Shipping:
After your payment ,we will ship your dress out within 15-25 working days .
Before we ship dress out ,we will confirm the dress photos with you .
Usually we choose DHL ,UPS,Fedex,Epacket to shipping your dress out according to your country policy .
Also we can send to you the tracking number after we ship goods out .
Notes:
Refund policy:
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours.
Cancellation from 24 hours to 48 hours requires a deduction of 30%.
Orders cancelled within 72 hours need to be deducted by 50%.
You can't cancel the order after 3 days.
Customers who want to would like to look at the finished items before shipping, could not accept full refund if they do not like the items, or the customers have to pay 75% amount of the charge if they won't accept the items.
Damaged or miss-shipped items
You are eligible for a full refund for damaged or miss-shipped items or you can choose to exchange your item. You just need to provide the proof of the problem to our Customer Service. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.
Sizing or fitting issues
Items that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you provided cannot be returned or exchanged. Generally, due to differences in measuring tools and methods, there will be 1-2 cm error existence. So you must refer to our measurement guide and size chart very carefully before you select the size. we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments.
As we are custom made dresses, not in stock dresses, we do not accept returned dresses as we never resell such returned items to other customers.
